Don't build the product yet. This stage tests the riskiest assumptions with prototypes and real-market experiments before anyone writes serious code, with the goal of reaching problem-solution fit on actual customer data.

Prototyping and testing is where we stop talking and start building. The goal is problem-solution fit, established on actual customer data rather than assumptions — defining the hypotheses that matter most and testing them before committing to a full product.
The phase runs four to nine weeks with a dedicated squad: two Venture Architects, a Product Manager, a Designer and a Growth Marketer, covering business logic, user experience and initial market reach.
We combine qualitative and quantitative methods. Focus groups and discovery sessions explore value propositions and shape the hypotheses. Low and mid-fidelity prototypes show how users actually interact with core features. Smoke tests and A/B scenarios provide real-market validation. The resulting data informs the final build.
The output is a functional blueprint, not a design: a validated prototype, proven testing set-ups, and a financial plan refined against real numbers. That is the investment case for the Amplify phase — so that when we commit to a full MVP, the market has already told us it wants the product.
